I had a wake up call one day when I stepped on the scale and saw 389. At that point I knew something had to change. From eating habits to working out consistently every day to better myself. Now I don’t have a goal. I have a lifestyle. My fitness goals and transformation were made more easily with all the great equipment at the Newington Healthtrax. As well as the great staff here that are always welcoming and friendly to any of my guest.
