Don’t be intimidated, just do it.

My advice to anyone wanting to begin personal training is just do it.


Don’t feel selfish for taking the time or resources. Just schedule it, stick to it. You’re worth it, your friends and family deserve the best you. Stop making excuses (as valid as they may seem) and take care of you.

My favorite part about my training sessions is the end. I love feeling exhausted and knowing that I just killed a work out.

We conquered Utah’s various peaks, that the 9 of us covered over 4 days. It took us over 120 miles of trails and over 60,000 vertical feet, with legs and lungs that never quit (and no injuries).
