Opened in 1997 in partnership with Eastern Connecticut Health Network, the Healthtrax in Glastonbury has medical offices as well as amazing fitness spaces, including an indoor lap pool and whirlpool, group exercise studios (including group cycling and mind/body), an extensive fitness floor.

SILVER SNEAKERS & RENEW ACTIVE

Sign-ups and Orientations for Silver Sneaker & Renew Active will be Tuesday's at 11:30am and Thursday's at 1:30pm.
