I began my journey like many other people, I had never stepped foot in a gym. When I walked into Healthtrax I couldn’t have predicted the transformation I would achieve here. This is where I go to diminish my stress, work on my mental state, and put myself first.

With Healthtrax, I have transformed into a dedicated person who is committed to investing in my body, mind, and soul. Along this journey I have pulled in many of my friends to experience this magic too! I just want to share this with more people.
