What were your workouts and nutrition like before joining Healthtrax?
Before Healthtrax, I didn’t really exercise routinely. My diet wasn’t very mindful. I pretty much ate whatever I wanted without thinking about what it was or what was in it.
What are your workouts like since joining Healthtrax and what specific results have you seen?
My workouts are usually three times a week before or after school. I have lost 12 pounds since I have started working with Adam. I have more energy now and can run more without getting tired.
What surprised you about working with Adam?
What surprised me about Adam was that he wasn’t an average trainer. He wouldn’t just tell me what to do and be silent. He makes conversation with me and gives me tips about my form and stays engaged. He makes it interesting and fun. He is always changing things up with different exercises
Would you recommend a friend?
I would recommend Adam to a friend because his training has given me great results and a more positive feeling about myself.
