MINI FITNESS FAIR

We offer your employees a health fair with free flexibility, balance, body composition, and other health screenings designed to create awareness of fitness levels and obtain recommendations by our certified fitness specialists. Hosted on-site or at Healthtrax.

On-site wellness seminars are also available. Choose the fitness topic and we will provide a qualified speaker on that topic. Topic ideas: diet and nutrition, stress management, starting a fitness regime again or first time exercisers, training for a race and more.

Schedule your company for a free fitness open house week at Healthtrax. Your employees and their families can visit free all week to workout, swim, relax with HydroMassage, participate in fitness demos, take group fitness classes and enjoy free InBody screenings.
