About Us
Opened in 2007, Healthtrax, in partnership with the American Institute of Healthcare & Fitness, has brought a state-of-the-art facility blending fitness, wellness and medical services to residents of the Raleigh area.
Healthtrax will serve as the area’s premier fitness center, complete with Xpress Training (our trainer-assisted 20-minute workouts); an aquatics center with lap pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room and therapy pool; group exercise classes including yoga, Pilates and group cycling; a women-only private fitness area; basketball; top-of-the-line fitness equipment; a Youth Activity Center and family programs and amenities.
Located in the same building as Healthtrax, AIHF has dedicated space for:
