HealthASSIST

The HealthASSIST division of Healthtrax serves as an outsourced program manager and provider of work-site health and productivity management services for mid-sized and large companies.  Programs are customized to each company’s individual needs, budget and long-range wellness plan.  Our management team will work with your company in designing the appropriate program components, incentives and growth plan for your wellness program.

Recognizing that people get healthy in different ways, we have developed wellness programs that address various levels of change readiness and complement existing organizational safety, benefits and productivity initiatives.  The comprehensive HealthASSIST program is a bundled package of wellness components that employees complete to receive an incentive, pre-determined by the employer.  The three foundational program components are:

• An annual health screening which includes screenings for cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, and body composition.
• A Health Risk Assessment (HRA) which identifies areas of risk and provides recommendations for behavior change.
• A telephonic wellness planning session and follow up interventions with a Health Coach who works with employees on getting and staying healthy, making responsible healthcare decisions and reaching specific health goals they set for themselves.

In addition to the comprehensive program, your company can choose from a wide array of additional program offerings such as:

• health education seminars
• smoking cessation courses
• weight management programs
• complementary health services – massage, reiki, reflexology
